Key safe with code allows guests freedom to access their apt any time of their choice after the 2 pm check-in time… 

We invite you to come and enjoy our Greek themed accommodation at the ocean, in the heart of the Margaret River wine region.
It is “important” to let us know and request if you wish to bring your dog or any pet, thank you. Max 1 med-size dog or two very small lap dogs allowed to stay. There is a dog beach and dog exercise area bordering the Villa.

Also…We only accept on request “One small-med dog (<15 kg). Dog must be over three years old. Our dog fee is minimal….it is a “per stay fee”. There is NO Cleaning Fee.Thank you.

We Request:
Please can you clean the BBQ…after use. We leave all cleaning equipment to clean the BBQ.
Wash all dishes and put away..as found.
Please can you vacuum any sand, dirt or dog hair inside all areas.
Thank you very much.

N. B. Minimum nights apply: Christmas/New Year 5 nights min re this apt; Easter 4 nights; Long Weekends/special Events 3 nights. Booking this apt is a minimum two night stay.

Doggy Rules: If Applicable?

We welcome you and your dog to our Villa @ Prevelly beach, and genuinely want you to have the best of holidays with us. We are a dog friendly property, with a maximum of 1 dog over three years old..allowed to stay. There is an exercise area and dog beach…bordering the Villa. The cafes nearby are pet friendly, with dogs on a lead. The beaches along the coast in front of our Villa are also dog beaches.
N.B.…Fully Enclosed Courtyard…for your dog’s safety.

Please before you leave can you use the vacuum cleaner (in a black storage container with a yellow lid in the entrance hall) re any sand or dog hair/fur. And to keep your dog off the bed and cushions etc.

We recommend not leaving your dog alone at any time.
